Two months post surgery, Big B wrote on his blog last night that he's affected by "excruciating pain" and can undergo CT-scan today. Now, he's complaining in regards to the media attention by tweeting: "Dearest tv media and vans outside my home, please don't stress and work so hard. Its nothing, just another visit to my doctor!!"
Amitabh Bachchan seems to have understood the facility of pen and exuberance of a few journos albeit too late within the day. "Security asks media crew explanation for chase, they confer with my Twitter on CT Scan..goodness ! Is that what power of Twitter really is? Got to watch out of what to jot down on Twitter and Blog .. screenplay writers abound!!" his another tweet read.
Bachchan's first tweet of the day: "Oh dear..up at 6 am to head for dub of Bhojpuri film for my make up man..and..a fleet of media vans and television camera chasing me ? Why ?"
How the ado began
Big B, who underwent a successful abdominal surgery two months back, posted on his blog yesterday: "I rose from my desk to get to bed, but excruciating pain, stopped me in my tracks and that i found it difficult to stroll to face to sit down to lie down. Quite horrendous! This was not there post operation even… so what really is the cause of it two months down the road? I'VE no answer. But tomorrow there have to be one as I prepare for a CT Scan, after devouring a big bottle or bottles of that yellow fluid, that shall line the inner organs so the scan can pick up any region which may be infected or being the cause for the pain."
"A pain killer has done the job for the day, but because they should be curious about some restriction, I ATTEMPT TO bear up with the discomfort for so long as I can," he added.
Perhaps some media organisations did go excessive by chasing him. But why the acor was taken unexpectedly is actually baffling. The veteran actor is among the most active celebs on Twitter and may be a standard blogger. He updates his fans about day after day happenings of his life in addition to shares big news from becoming a grand dad to undergoing a surgery. So does he really not understand the ability of social media?
Was it much ado about nothing? You probably did start the fire, what say Mr Bachchan!
