Arjun-Parineeti sizzle in Ishaqzaade's song!

By Hindustan Times

YRF's latest flick, Ishaqzaade is making waves ever since its trailer hit the internet. The excellent news is that the film's music composed by Amit Trivedi is as refreshing as Arjun-Parineeti's jodi. The song Pareshaan has lyrics by Kausar Munir and vocals by Shalmali Kholgade. The film, which marks the debut of filmmaker Boney Kapoor's son Arjun opposite actor Priyanka Chopra's cousin Parineeti, has already generated an excessive amount of buzz on Twitter.

The film narrates the tale of 2 people, "born to hate, but destined to love", and follows how their "turbulent journey unfolds within the often unrealistic and daunting political confines of rural India", a press release from YRF said.

The film is written and directed by Habib Faisal of Do Dooni Chaar fame. He has also written films like Band Baaja Baaraat.

The release date of Ishaqzaade, starring Parineeti Chopra and newcomer Arjun Kapoor, have been advanced from May 18 to May 11, leading to a clash with Dangerous Ishq.

The decision to release the romance drama per week earlier came in after much thought by production company Yash Raj Films (YRF).

"With Ferrari ki Sawaari moving to a later date and the IPL (Indian Premier League) crunch matches ranging from May 18, this shift will give Ishaqzaade a greater window for release," said an announcement from YRF.
