Chitrangada Singh and Priya Tanna, Editor, Vogue India launched the most recent issue of Vogue India on the Crossword store at Kemps Corner in Mumbai on Monday.
Priya was all praises for her May Cover girl, Chitrangada, and said, “Chitrangada is a girl of many faces, every one equally enigmatic and beguiling. She struck us together with her earthy sensuality when she first appeared at the screen, and while you least expected it, she blazed across Bollywood in an avatar of high octane glamour. This dichotomy makes her as intriguing as interesting and a thrilling choice for a Vogue cover girl.”
Commenting on being Vogue cover girl for the May 2012 issue, Chitrangada Singh said, “Vogue is essentially the most iconic name within the history of style with the intention to be at the cover of Vogue will no doubt be some of the memorable things for me. As it’s my first Vogue cover, it makes it special in such a lot of ways. Everyone worked so excitedly inside the shoot. Suresh Natarajan our photographer I BELIEVE is just amazing. Shaan who has done my make-up and hair has worked with me for a few years and has done a stupendous job. Anaita Shroff Adajania, Fashion Director of Vogue India is the styling diva, she has done effortlessly chic styling. And naturally Priya Tanna, thanks for giving me something that allows you to be an excessively special memory!”
