* Deepika Padukone: In Om Shanti Om (2007), DP’s voice was reportedly dubbed by a voiceover artiste, but neither director Farah Khan nor Deepika acknowledged it.
* Katrina Kaif: As a result of her poor knowledge of Hindi, her voice was often dubbed. However, apart from De Dana Dan (2009) she has used her own voice for all films since 2009’s The big apple. Earlier, she had dubbed for films like Namastey London (2007) and Singh Is Kinng (2008).
* Bipasha Basu: Her early films like Raaz (2002) and Ajnabee (2001) were dubbed. Later, the makers of Phir Hera Pheri (2006) got a voiceover artiste to offer her character a brand new voice.
* Nargis Fakhri: The half-Pakistani, half-Czech model’s voice was dubbed by voice artiste Mona Ghosh in her debut Rockstar (2011).
