Amitabh Bachchan follows me now: Ayushmann

By Hindustan Times

Life has indeed changed for actor Ayushmann Khurrana after his debut film, Vicky Donor, turned out to be an unexpected hit. The 27-year-old, who visited HT House on Wednesday, says, “Life has really changed for good and i'm enjoying each piece of it. It is vitally overwhelming. For me, the biggest
compliment was when Mr Amitabh Bachchan congratulated me for the film or even started following me on Twitter. I couldn’t sleep that night.”

With his self-composed song, Pani Da Rang, from Vicky Donor, becoming an enormous hit, Khurrana, who's going to host the IIFA Rocks show, along side actor Chitrangada Singh next month in Singapore, desires to be referred to as “an actor who can sing in place of the opposite direction round.” So, do we see him get a hold of a music album soon? “I wish to sing a minimum of one song in each film of mine. But cutting a music album isn't on my agenda on the moment,” he says.

As to the feminine actors he would like to behave with, Khurrana says, “I would like to work with Parineeti Chopra, as I LOCATE her to be very talented. Anushka could also be super cute.”

Lastly, he clarifies that he's not bidding goodbye to TV. “Stars from the massive screen are taking on roles on TV and vice versa,” he says.
