For the primary time father-son duo Rishi and Ranbir Kapoor tend to perform on the 13th IIFA awards to be held in Singapore. Gossip mills was abuzz about their maiden show on the awards scheduled from June 7-9.
When asked if he and the senior Kapoor could be performing together on the event, Ranbir chose to play safe saying, "He (Rishi) have been a part of IIFA award ceremony. I'LL BE performing... I DO NOT know. I MIGHT be functioning on Sadda Haq and Tai Tai Phish and there's a surprise," he said.
The actors haven't featured in any film together. But they have got done an ad together.
This is the primary time Ranbir is functioning at the IIFA awards. On asked why he performs rarely, Ranbir said, "IT'S NOT that I DO NOT perform. I DIDN'T have the boldness to return on stage and perform. But this time around Prabhu Deva is choreographing... I REALLY LIKE his choreography, so I ASSUMED why not do it." "Prabhu Deva is the dancing star not just of India but of the arena. I FEEL he's better than Michael Jackson," he added.
