Shriya Saran has not had an overly successful career in Bollywood. She has done some not so significant roles in flicks like ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’, ‘Mission Istanbul’ and ‘Gali Gali Mein Chor Hai’. Now, she is going to be seen grooving to a sensuous item song in Sanjay Dutt’s forthcoming ‘Zila Ghaziabad’.
Shriya is very occupied with the song and said at an interview, “I have done an item song in ‘Zilla Ghaziabad’. This can be a fun song. Whenever I used to peer myself at the monitor, I used to think ‘Is that me’? As an actor, it's fun to experiment along with your image. I'VE done many item numbers within the South, but this can be my first in any Hindi film.”
Shriya Saran will next be seen in “Midnight’s Children”, a movie adaptation of Salman Rushdie’s 1981 novel of the similar name. The film was written and directed by Deepa Mehta.
