Dear Ziauddin, I’m glad you really liked my article on breathing. It’s something I swear by as it has definitely changed my life. There’s little or no space provided here for me to present you some good tips but when you have an interest you ought to put money into Max Strom’s “A Life Worth Breathing”. It’s been my guide when I’m not training with my guru. Please tell me what you're thinking that of it.

Dear Freida, Around a month ago, you had written about how Whitney Houston’s songs inspired you as a young person and the way you rushed to the shop whenever her new album released. As for me, I grew up listening only to Hannah Montana, Taylor Swift and Bollywood. Once I read your article, I MADE UP MY MIND to try her songs. Indeed, as you said, she has a novel voice and the lyrics were soulful and galvanizing. I am, now, so hooked on the song ‘The greatest love of all’ that I make it some degree to hear it once in few days whenever I BELIEVE down within the dumps. Today I absolutely adore Whitney and her songs!! Lots of way to you for letting us learn about Whitney through your article. Could you please share every other inspiring songs to raise our moods once we aren’t okay? Regards Lavanya B

Oh Lavanya! Your email made me so happy! Music transcends generations and infrequently we want people to introduce us to new artists and old ones we'd have missed. I’m constantly looking out too. I REALLY LIKE being attentive to U2’s “Stuck in a moment” when I’m down. You must google why Bono (frontman of U2) wrote this song. Or “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone. This one makes me feel on top of the sector always!

Hi Freida, I LOVE you numerous. You come back across as a very good writer and someone very articulate and intelligent. I’ve always wondered when you've got Bollywood aspirations. Do you return all the way down to India often? Do you will have friends in Bollywood? Which might be your favourite Bollywood movies? -Shruti Gupta

Dear Shruti, Thanks for the compliments. I do aspire to do a very good Indian film directed by an Indian filmmaker in the future. Sooner could be better ;-) The nice Smita Patil and Shabana Azmi have always been the type of performers I'VE looked as much as growing up and so they were a part of my favourite time in Indian cinema within the 70’s and 80’s. I sense a revival and that i would like to be a part of the revival cinema with a contemporary twist.

Your column ‘inhale, exhale, was really nice. Stick with it. Maybe you wish to write a book as you're a good writer. Do you could have this kind of plans? -Dr Dinesh Jindal

Dear Dr Dinesh, I THINK happy that a doctor actually wrote in. I'VE immense respect for individuals to your profession due to the sheer dedication towards the years of medical studies followed by the commitment to assist people. I’d like to write a book but only after I’ve dedicated an excellent a part of my life researching and living out whatever it's that I WILL BE ABLE TO need to pen down at some point. I used to like writing fiction after I was little so maybe after I get inspired again I'LL return to that. Thanks for placing the concept in my head.

Dear Akshay, I’m so more than pleased that you, like Arvind, felt stirred by the last article. Honestly, there may be much more to do but little steps will take us there. I’m the over-enthusiastic kind so I NEED TO keep reminding myself about those “little steps” .Yes, I believe you 100% that if all of us, regardless of how famous we're or not, publish a united front to assist girls not only in India but everywhere in the world, lets make a difference. And trust me once I say, it’s not always in regards to the money you donate, it’s concerning the time you invest besides! I CAN in my next article announce more concerning the “Because I'M a girl” initiative.

Hi Freida, I LIKE your dressing sense. What's your red carpet secret? Have you ever always been this stylish or did it happen once you became a celeb? Considering you could have taken Indian fashion beyond the sari, while walking the red carpet, are you aware of the truth that you're Indian and feature to make India proud . -Aaarati Saaini

Dear Aaarati, There is not any red carpet secret. Wear something that flatters your body type, something is comfortable and get dressed for the occasion! I'VE always loved twiddling with fabrics and colors but I definitely learned much more about international fashion once I started travelling extensively. I’m always happy with my Indian roots and without reference to whether I stand on Indian soil or international grounds, I'VE always been taught by my teachers to consider myself as unique. I don’t feel just wearing a sari defines my Indianness. It’s more about what I carry in my heart than drape over my shoulder!

Dear Freida, I’m a large fan of yours. I BELIEVE you're a combination of looks and brains. I wish I'LL meet you someday and feature a protracted conversation with you. But I don’t think it'd be possible. Why are you not on Twitter or Facebook or any social networking website where your fans can interact with you and provides you feedback -Ayush Garg

Dear Ayush, I CAN soon activate my Twitter account but unfortunately it'll not be for myself. I’ll be solely operating it for the “Because I'M a Girl” initiative. Thanks for taking the time to jot down to me though. Who knows, someday we will be able to have a protracted conversation!
