Bollywood actor Imran Khan who had two cysts, one in his head and the opposite in his arm, was operated for a sebaceous gland problem, reports Mumbai Mirror.
The actor who's shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj's Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola underwent the surgery a couple of days back, in keeping with the tabloid.
"Imran was operated for a sebaceous gland problem. He was in acute discomfort especially with the cyst in his head. It had become very difficult for him to sleep straight or even comb his hair. It needed to be removed," a detailed friend of the actor told the tabloid.
Imran was within the hospital for almost 24 hours, reportedly.
Ranbir Kapoor also got a cyst removed in February this year.
