No plans to screen Ek Tha Tiger for late RAW agent's family: YRF

By Hindustan Times

Yash Raj Films (YRF) has decided to not screen Salman Khan-starrer Ek Tha Tiger for deceased RAW agent Ravindra Kaushik's family, who has sent the filmmakers a legal notice requesting a screening of the film.

The production house and director Kabir Khan have decided to maintain the film and its content clear of public domain.

"I examine him within the papers. That is the primary time I've heard of him. It's a fascinating story. But it isn't the tale of my film," said Khan.

The director didn't say more in regards to the issue, but in step with a source, the film takes Salman on an absolutely different route from Kaushik's story.

"Kaushik was caught and jailed in Pakistan. He died in prison across there. Salman's character involves a completely different end. That's why the film is known as Ek Tha Tiger. He's like an unsolved mystery," said the source.
