Beauty to me means confidence. Anything that you simply do with confidence will look beautiful. How important is it to appear beautiful?
Looking good is important, especially if you're working within the glamour industry.
Is it an even to bask in a sporting activity to stick fit and glowing?
Absolutely, I THINK parents or even schools and colleges should encourage sports. It’s a good way to stick fit, develop one’s personality and look your best.
What is the largest beauty myth?
That one must slap extra makeup to seem beautiful. Makeup need to be used only slightly to improve one’s features.
What is your beauty regime like?
For my hair, I be sure that I put money into regular deep conditioning massages with coconut-based hair oil. It’s a good way to maintain your hair voluminous, thick and entire of bounce without much sweat. That is my non-negotiable haircare ritual. For my skin I EXPLOIT a moisturiser with SPF within the day time, a heavy deep moisturising cream at night, numerous water, balanced meals and adequate sleep.
Five must-have beauty products to your handbag?
A good moisturiser with sun block, concealer, mascara and a lip tint.
One beauty product you never step out without?
I cannot call to mind stepping out of home without wearing a sun block.
Tell us in regards to the diet you follow on a typical basis?
I opt for a balanced meal like egg whites or a standard south Indian breakfast. In lunch I take dal, veggies, chapatis, chicken/ fish etc. I remember to eat something every two hours.
How much do you spend on beauty products, spa and parlour services?
I believe in investing in good products that suit my skin. It needn't be the most costly one though. In fact, sometimes home remedies work better.
