Decades have passed since beautiful and talented Divya Bharti met with a mysterious death at an early age, but Bollywood still grieves over her loss. Now, filmmaker Vikram Sandhu has get a hold of a project whose storyline bears striking similarity to the lifetime of late Divya Bharti. However, the maker denies any resemblance between the 2 and chooses to deal with the film as a fictional account.
At the time of her death, Divya was riding high at the success quotient and was married to producer Sajid Nadiawala. The movie has actor Vije Bhatia playing the role of an upcoming producer. Vije is from New Delhi and has worked on smaller screen. His looks bear resemblance to that of Sajid Nadiadwala and the makers are looking for an actress who would appear to be Divya Bharti.
Throwing light on his role within the film, Vije says, “My character within the film is that of a struggling producer who falls in love with a brand new actress. They get married and shortly his wife accidentally meets her end. Everyone blames him for her death.”
