It was like an exciting action sequence on the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) when Bollywood stars Anil Kapoor and Ajay Devgan raced in Lamborghinis on Formula 1 track to advertise their upcoming flick ‘Tezz’.
Attired smartly in a blue checked shirt and wayfarer shaded, Ajay outdid Anil Kapoor and said, “This is the primary time that somebody from Bollywood has get a hold of the speculation of selling a film on a racing track. It’s very exciting yet innovative.”
Anil Kapoor said, “The highest speed at which we drove today was 260 kmph. I’ve never done such an act before in my life.”
“It’s like an addiction! We drove four laps and still desired to do more. This track is just amazing and really smooth,” he added.
Tezz, releasing on April 27, also features Zayed Khan, Boman Irani, Sameera Reddy and Kangna Ranaut. Ajay Devgan, Sameera Reddy and Zayed Khan play illegal immigrants in Britain while Anil Kapoor plays a cop. The movie is directed by Priyadarshan.
“It’s a social drama, thriller and is ready a chase between cops and criminals. That is the 84th film of my career. I’ve put all my experience on this movie. The movie also has a skinny line of emotions, something very similar to Deewaar and Sholay,” said Priyadarshan, who was also present on the track.
